By using the Copilotix platform, you accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorized to use our services.

All intellectual property of the Copilotix platform, including software, algorithms, designs and documentation, is the exclusive property of Copilotix S.r.l.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for legitimate business purposes.

Data and content you upload remains your property. Copilotix only obtains the licenses necessary to deliver the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Copilotix is not liable for:

Copilotix's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 12 months.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.

For consumers residing in the EU, consumer protection regulations of the country of residence apply.
